The Northview & Southview Parent Organizations present a Community Forum on Teenage Stress

Facing an unhealthy level of stress is an extremely common problem for High school students. A community panel of mental health professionals will provide suggestions and answer questions in an open forum. Some topics to be discussed will be: How stress affects teenage mood and bodies. Is my child stressed or depressed? What are warning signs to watch for? When should a parent seek professional assistance to support their teen’s mental health?
