Giving timely feedback matters…

Students often anxiously anticipate an impending quiz or test, experiencing either the dread of knowing they have work to do in order to master the material, or excitement at the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge.  After the pencils are down, students can hardly wait to find out what they proved they knew, and what they missed.  Ms. Bogue spent class time this week reviewing the questions most often missed by students, explaining it in another way to help them fill in the gaps.  Students are all ears if you give them timely feedback, and she had her AP Environmental Science students hooked, eager to figure out what they still had to learn.
